Progressive metallers Periphery are heading to Australia supporting the mighty Devin Townsend Project, a tour that is sure to please lovers of technical musical wizardry! The band are also touring in support of their latest release "Juggernaut: Alpha" and "Juggernaut: Omega", a double album full of challenging material which has been received well by fans and media alike. Jake: We're going to play a Juggernaut oriented set and some oldies thrown in there! But it's going to be a cool night because you're getting two bands that really love each other like best friends and it's going to be a really fun night. I feel like another great part about touring with them is that we share fans, like people who are into us are into Devin and people who are into Devin are into us. And people who haven't heard us on either side get into the other band by virtue of how Periphery were inspired by Devin so it's going to be a cool night.
