A few years ago there were some great harder edged new sleaze bands around who all had a lot of promise – bands like Kid Ego, or Endeverafter seemed to be ready for greatness and ‘On Top’ while not exactly the same have that similar kind of Metallic vibe.

The four song ‘Topless’ EP is four tracks of Metal edged Sleaze with ‘282’ bursting forth nicely all wailing guitar and attitude and ‘Go Crazy’ thicker, riffier and punkier a little reminiscent of Endeverafter meets Bullets and Octane.

On the way out ‘Got Me Runnin’’ builds nicely on some spiky guitar and closer ‘Lie to Me’  rides the winds of a retro Metal riff and a punky vocal.

It’s good stuff that you can imagine blowing a small club apart, but not a million miles away from a sound that could take the big stages. We like.
