Adelaide garage three-piece Battlehounds are today excited to share their new single ‘Night Crawl’ taken from their forthcoming EP ‘Damn Demons’ due 28th April. The band will be touring the east coast in May in support of the EP playing Sydney, Wollongong, Melbourne and Adelaide.

The five track EP was recorded by John McNichol at Twin Earth Recording, and mixed by Ali Wells at Grinch Records (West Thebarton Brothel Party, Bad//Dreems). Joseph Carra (King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, The Peep Tempel, Bloc Party) mastered the release.
“We took most of last year off to write the EP from scratch after blindly bumbling our way through gigs and recordings not knowing what we wanted to do,” says vocalist Alex Rajkowski. “We finally decided that it was time to do it properly and to try and put something out that we were really proud of.”
“The songs are pretty introspective from my point. We’ve all battled through some shit but we all deal with it differently and this was my way. I’ve never denied that to myself in my writing,”
The band’s previous singles ‘Good Man’ and ‘Visions’ received extensive community radio airplay, as well as support from Triple J. Having supported the likes of Dune Rats, Bad//Dreems, Hunters & Collectors, The Peep Tempel, and Harts, as well as joining the lineups of both A Day of Clarity and Stonecutters Festival, Battlehounds are proving their place as one of the most exciting up-and-coming acts Adelaide has to offer.
