I Prevail has made a clean sweep of Australia. Every single show on their Australian LIFELINES album tour presented by Destroy All Lines, Chugg Entertainment and Hysteria Mag is SOLD OUT.
Destroy All Lines’ General Manager of Touring, Chris O’Brien, said today that “The vibe on this tour has been absolutely incredible. To sell out every single show and add extra shows in Sydney and Melbourne for their first ever visit is overwhelming. We can’t wait for the tour to begin and for fans to witness I Prevail’s kickass live show!”
Void of Vision are support on the entire tour – returning to home soil for the shows after a February/March European tour supporting Chelsea Grin, Betraying the Martyrs and fellow Aussies Make Them Suffer, with local supports Finders in Perth, Stepson in Brisbane, Justice for the Damned for the first Sydney Lic/AA Show, The Beautiful Monument in Melbourne for the first 18+ Show, Belle Haven for the Melbourne AA show, Harbours for the second Melbourne 18+ Show and Belle Haven for the second Sydney Lic/AA Show.
Australian audiences have been particularly supportive of the record – Lifelines debuted at #8 on the ARIA charts in release week and stayed in the top 20 for consequent weeks – as well as every single on the record at the top of the iTunes metal and all genres charts for months leading into the album’s release. Amazingly – Lifelines is still the #1 album in the Metal Charts nearly 6 months later and all three singles are in the top 10 in Metal. Judging by Australian fans’ (of which there are over 60000 on Facebook!) reactions to the record, I Prevail are major breakout act in Australia – and this sold-out tour means that audiences in Australia just cannot get enough of I Prevail.
