Scorcher conjures up visions of Dick Dale’s surf instrumentals alongside classics like Stevie Ray Vaughn’s ‘Rude Mood’. It’s a masterclass in high-energy picking and knife-edge band interaction and is one of the stand out tracks on the Blue Skies album.
