Lòdz – French Post-Metal Collective Share Music Video For “Time Doesn’t Heal Anything”
French post-metal collective Lòdz have just shared a new music video for the title track from their newly announced second album “Time Doesn’t Heal Anything”, which is set for release this Friday via Klonosphere Records/Season of Mist.
Recorded by Fabrice Boy and mastered by Nick Zampiello (Caspian, Cave In, Converge, Isis), “Time Doesn’t Heal Anything” follows-up the band’s critically acclaimed debut effort “Something In Us Died” released in 2013 and once again sees the Lyon-based quartet exploring a dark, melancholic and emotionally intense post-metal sound that will be familiar to fans of Cult Of Luna, Katatonia and Ghost Brigade.

GHOST HORIZON REVEAL NEW TRACK, SIGN WITH TRIDROID RECORDS
Black metal band GHOST HORIZON have teamed up with Nine Circles to reveal “Radiant Eyes”, a new track from their forthcoming album The Erotics of Disgust.
Band founder Dan Stollings commented, “Radiant Eyes” is a very different type of song for me, not just musically, but lyrically as well. Instead of writing about something mysterious or evil in nature, I decided I wanted to write about a more real and relatable idea–something that you could tell genuinely came from the heart and wasn’t “put on”. The track is (abstractly) about having an intense love for someone, losing that love, and then, consequently, fighting to get that love back.”

In further news Ghost Horizon has signed with Tridroid Records to release The Erotics of Disgust on April 7th 2017. More details will be revealed soon.

Raw Silk – The Borders Of Light – Info / 1st single lyric video release
Raw Silk burst onto the Greek and European A.O.R. scene in the 90s with the legendary debut album “Silk Under the Skin”. The 2004 re-release of the album on CD brought the band back to the forefront and led to high profile reunion concerts supporting Pink Cream 69, Jeff Scott Sotto and Winger. After a second long hiatus and led by composer-drummer and Raw Silk founder Kostas Kyriakidis the band has regrouped in the UK with a brand new lineup and will release the elusive and long-awaited follow-up to their revered debut “Silk Under the Skin”.
The new album, entitled “The Borders of Light”, is a modern take on the classic metal sound of the late 80s featuring 10 brand new tracks with a total running time of over 60 minutes. Seamlessly bridging past and present, “The Borders of Light” delivers strong melodies combined with signature keyboard lines and heavy riffs. Superbly recorded and produced at Vault Studios in the rock heartlands of the Black Country.
