Press Club release second single ‘My Body’s Changing’

After racking up over 40 shows since their first in February, and amassing a supports resumé from Hell including playing alongside the formidable new wave of Australian bands WAAX, Slowly Slowly and Tired Lion; hand selection by Japandroids; as well as supporting mainstays of homegrown counter culture: Ceres and The Smith Street Band, one of Australia’s truly independent bands Press Club continues on their unsigned, unbridled romp.

Self produced, recorded live and engineered by guitarist, Greg Rietwyk, ‘My Body’s Changing’ was put to tape during the same sweltering sessions as the group’s debut ‘Headwreck’. The song features guest vocals from The Sinking Teeth’s Nick Manuell.

Also the brainchild of Manuell the ‘My Body’s Changing’ music video was filmed live at the band’s only headline show to date, Melbourne’s Old Bar. Completely unscripted, shot in one take and featuring the actual live audio.

Debut single ‘Headwreck’ landed rotation at FBi and triple j and saw the band score FBi’s Indie Artist of The Week. Earlier this year Press Club played Bigsound and Kings St Crawl festivals and round out 2017 with spots at Fairgrounds, Festival of the Sun, Falls Marion Bay and NYE On The Hill.

Press Club play their second headline show on Melbourne Cup Eve, November 6th at The Tote (Upstairs).
