SOTA returns with a 100% Western Australian line-up designed for music lovers of all ages, with both under 18 and licensed areas. Best of all, it’s free! Proudly presented as part of the 2017 WA Day Festival (more info here), and co-presented by Celebrate WA and WAM, the sixth annual SOTA showcase will be held at Elizabeth Quay Monday 5 June, as part of the WA Day long weekend festivities.
Line-up announced includes Karnivool, Drapht, Gyroscope, Bob Evans, Tired Lion, Katy Steele, Abbe May and more!
The next edition of WAM’s Wheatbelt Touring Circuit sees talented Perth and Wheatbelt artists showcasing just why they’ve won WAM Awards or been selected for WAM projects. The tour will see dates headlined by indie rock favourites Rag N’ Bone (nominated in two categories in the WAM Song of The Year awards 2016/17 and consecutive winners for the award in 2014 and 2015/16) and WAM Sounds Of The Great Southern star-in-the-making Carla Geneve, plus local upcomer Gauge Harder and folk singer/songwriter and WAM Higher Note artist Ezereve (with WAM SOTY 2015/16 winner Madi Henry). Plus more!
