The entertainment line-up for the July 30 market features:
Dallas Frasca: This thrilling Melbourne trio have earned accolades and chart success worldwide for their powerful sound that’s been likened to The Black Keys meets Janis Joplin. Their songs are catchy, huge and you can feel the truth in their tales. Dallas Frasca have over 800 shows and eight international tours under their belts but their best has come with their latest EP, Dirt Buzz.
Frank Sultana & the Sinister Kids: Tipping his hat to the great Mississippi delta bluesmen of the 1930s and the reckless abandon of the 1960s, Frank Sultana will have you spellbound, while the Sinister Kids provide a vintage backdrop for Frank’s primitive electric guitar tones and soulful, whisky-drenched voice. An explosive live act.
The Satellites: Flying in from SA exclusively for the Market, The Satellites are renowned for their wild, cool and crazy performances. Playing rockabilly and rock ‘n’ roll in its rawest form, they have been voted ‘Australia’s Best Rockabilly Band’ (Wintersun Festival), have appeared at countless festivals and played with many touring greats.
