Nashville’s SEASON OF ARROWS have teamed up with Decibel to stream their video for “The Bridge”, a track which is taken from their album to Give It To The Mountain.

The band commented ““There are times in life where you are consumed with emptiness and despair and seems like there isn’t anything to grab a hold of. Within that deepest of darkness you can sometimes find a small beacon of hope, thus the bridge. It’s the unmistakable will that lives inside all of us, when exercised keeps us alive and brings us to a new outlook on life.”

Based on a recurring nightmare Pteroglyph mastermind Jimmy MacGregor was having, ‘Red On You’ is the latest single from the Leeds UK based progressive metal outfit, taken from the forthcoming album Death Of A Prince, set for release on 23rd June.

“I used to regularly wake up in a cold sweat from a nightmare where I was constantly being chased by some sort of terrifying sinister force,” comments Jimmy. “I put the reasons for the dream down to times of high stress in my life and ‘Red On You’ is basically a way of addressing this and the need for change. It’s the idea that running away from your problems doesn’t make them go away.”

The Italian alternative metal band Down the Stone has released the official video for “Hate me“, the second single taken from the band’s new album “Life” (Rock Today 2016), which is now distributed by Artist First. This song was inspired by the 2015 tragic events in Paris and it’s a rock invective on every religiously motivated act of violence.

«We chose “Hate me” as the second single and video because the subject covered by this song is shockingly topical- explains the band- What happened at Bataclan on friday 13 november 2015 is not, unfortunately, a one-time thing and the recent events in Stockholm are the sad confirmation that the spiral of hatred is not coming to an end. So we wished to send a firm message, not just against terrorism, but against every act of violence motivated by religion.»
