WAM Awards – Hall Of Fame, Kiss My Camera Finalists & more announced

The WAMAwards will see 38 winners revealed Thursday 2 November at the WAMAwards being held at the new Gate One Theatre at Claremont Showgrounds. Unfortunately Tired Lion have had to pull out of the event, but we’re excited confirm some huge additions, lead by ARIA, WAMi and triple j local heroes San Cisco, multi-WAMAwards 2017 nominees RAG N’ BONE, 8-piece party-starters The Bambuseae Rhythm Section and WAMAwards-dominating Perthonality Timothy Nelson (DJ Set).

These acts are in addition to previously announced artists including Stella Donnelly, John Bennett & David Hyams, Harry Mitchell & Daniel Susnjar, and Nerve Quakes.

We’re also pleased to announce the ceremony will be hosted by returning media icon Russell Woolf and equal parts TV celeb/local music lover Dominique Pratt, plus guest presenters…

We’re also honoured to announce who will be inducted on the night into the Hall Of Fame; a huge congratulations to the legendary Eurogliders and the late, great Graham Wood.

Teaming up with the Perth Cultural Centre Screen, Northbridge Piazza Screen and as part of the 2017 WAMFest presented by Drug Aware, WA’s fave music photography competition Kiss My Camera is excited to announce the finalists.
