The 2018 Zoo Twilights is on sale now and selling fast, with The Cat Empire, Ben Folds and Neil & Liam Finn selling out their performances in record time and announcing second shows. Remaining Zoo Twilights performances at the iconic Melbourne on are on sale now.
The Cat Empire will bring their high-energy live show on the newly added date of Sunday 4 February, with Ben Folds bringing his virtuosic live performance to Melbourne Zoo for an encore performance on Saturday 17 February with support from Lucy Rose. Legendary songwriter Neil Finn and his son Liam Finn will be playing a second show on the newly added date of Friday 23 February.

Running every weekend in 2018 from Friday 26 January until Saturday 10 March, Zoo Twilights is the ultimate destination for music lovers of all ages, offering the unparalleled thrill of live music set within the Zoo’s world-class grounds. The 2018 program boasts a fresh mix of talent from revered international acts to local heroes, many of whom make their debut Zoo Twilights performance this year. Motown-inspired The Teskey Brothers, Cut Copy who are launching their new album Haiku From Zero, power-pop legends Sunnyboys, The Preatures, the madness and mayhem of RocKwiz LIVE! and two-time Grammy nominated future soul band Hiatus Kaiyote. Jet will play their first Melbourne headline show since disbanding in 2012, lauded Brooklyn four-piece Grizzly Bear will play from their acclaimed fifth album Painted Ruins, and Kate Miller-Heidke will close out the series backed by a string quartet.
Zoo Twilights is one of the country’s premier open-air events, with food trucks and bars mere steps away as some of the world’s finest acts perform amongst the Zoo’s lush greenery. Every concert is open to all ages and as a not-for-profit organisation, it’s all for a good cause. Every ticket sold through Zoo Twilights goes back into Zoos Victoria’s ongoing commitment to fight extinction of the 21 most at-risk species in Victoria, including the Eastern Barred Bandicoot which is sadly extinct on the mainland.
