Dizzy Reed drops new single on arrival in Australia for album launch

Dizzy Reed

Launching his debut solo album, Rock ‘n Roll Ain’t Easy, in Sydney on Sunday, 18 February at Frankie’s Pizza, Dizzy Reed has arrived in Australia and dropped the second single from the album, which is set for release this Friday, 16 February through Golden Robot Records.

Already attracting rave reviews from across the globe, Rock ‘n Roll Ain’t Easy is 12 tracks of pure rock (or 13, if you download the digital version, which comes with a bonus track!) with Reed uniting with fellow members of Guns N’ Roses, along with some other greats, including players from W.A.S.P., Quiet Riot, Psychedelic Furs, Thin Lizzy, No Doubt, The Replacements, Queens of the Stone Age, and more.

To twist an old phrase that starts a song from that little band Dizzy has played in for almost 30 years – what we have here is a reason to celebrate. Timeless classic hard rock incorporating killer guitar, choruses that beg to be sung, piano, and a free spirit that taps into all that is good. This album connected with me on first listen and shows no signs of letting go. Dizzy and team have crafted an album that shows the brilliant start of new releases in 2018 is continuing here in February.”
– Gerald Stansbury, Uber Rock UK

I Celebrate is the second offering from the album and has all the makings for a rock radio hit with penetrating vocals and a solid hook, that kicks off with banging drums and guitar riffs that take you on a full-on ride from start to finish.  The track features Mike Dupke (drums, cowbell), Mike Duda (bass), Richard Fortus (guitars), Mars Williams (saxophone) Dizzy Reed (lead vocals, backing vocals, clarinet, congas tambourine, shaker), Nadja Reed and Del James (backing vocals).
