US Rock and Soul masters, Little Caesar have received unanimous praise from the global media for their recently released album 8 – available now via Golden Robot Records.
The band recently rocked their way across the UK on a tour that had music writers clamouring over each other to review and this month they have their sights set on bringing Europe to its knees with a stack of shows booked across the continent!
To celebrate the tour, the band have released a new music video for 8’s sublime soulful ballad, Time Enough For That.
The video was shot on Ron’s ranch. A drone was used for the motorcycle shots and both the Buddha the Bulldog and the Lucero the Horse are part of Ron’s great family!
It’s not often these days a band releases a rock ballad that gives you that lump in the throat. It makes you stop and take notice and sometimes…goosebumps!
Time Enough For That is a classic slow number with lyrics that make you appreciate life and all that it offers. Plus, it’s got a total singalong chorus and an old school epic guitar solo!
As frontman Ron Young sings, ‘slow down for a minute, stop and catch a breath…’ We get so caught up in getting things done that we often miss what’s right in front of us. Walk your dog, smell the roses, play with your kids, tell your partner you love them…all that other stuff can wait, there’s time enough for that.
Centred around frontman Ron Young’s raspy, soulful vocals, 8 journeys through classic rock ballad territory via Time Enough For That, locks in a solid groove on Vegas, swaggers in on City Of Sin and brings the riffs on tracks like Straight Shooter and Another Fine Mess.
Little Caesar fuse no-nonsense hard rock that harks back to 70’s giants such as Bad Company and Humble Pie with an aching ZZ Top groove and overlay it with classic R&B melodies to produce some mighty fine straight up good time rock and roll!
8 is more than the sum of its parts, it harks back to when albums were albums, a proper roller coaster of various emotions from start to finish that you can enjoy from end to end or track by track depending on what your soul is in the mood for.
