Long Island post-hardcore outfit Call it Home release ‘Deserter’ lyric video with Sylar’s Jayden Panesso

Call It Home
Breakout New Yorkers Call It Home have premiered a lyric video for new track ‘Deserter (ft. Jayden Panesso)’. The track is taken from the band’s upcoming debut LP “Better Days“, which drops on April 10th.

Following the release, the “Better Days, Darker Places Tour” sees Call It Home join forces with This Curse for a two-week East Coast run.

Based out of Long Island, NY, post-hardcore quartet Call it Home have earned a reputation as a hard-working and thoroughly ambitious outfit, with a run on The Vans Warped Tour in the books, they were also named as one of Alternative Press’s top bands to watch in New York, as Call It Home continue to grow a following beyond the Northeast alone.

Call it Home’s energy and passion for their music is infectious, as indeed are the tunes themselves, which juxtapose hard-hitting, heavy breakdowns with hook-laden pop-fueled choruses; a sound that flourishes both on record and during the band’s high-octane live show.

2018 sees the release of the band’s debut full-length. “Better Days”, Call it Home’s most rounded set of tracks to date. The New Yorkers stick to the formula which has seen them develop the reputation as a highly promising and well-liked young band, something reflected in the guest vocalists on “Better Days”: Michael Swank (Myka Relocate), Jayden Panesso (Sylar) and Landon Tewers (The Plot in You).

‘Lanterns’ is the lead single from the upcoming “Better Days”, which is set for release on April 10th.
