Monster Magnet - MindfuckerLadies and gentlemen, I humbly present for your consideration
the title track from our new album: MINDFUCKER. We got the rock if you want it! I hope you can dig it”, Dave Wyndorf, MONSTER MAGNET frontman.

Today the title track and first single “MINDFUCKER” has been made available for streaming.
Get a first listen to the track HERE.

MONSTER MAGNET puts the pedal to the metal with “MINDFUCKER”, their 11th record. “MINDFUCKER” is different, a step forward and a step back at the same time to the almighty roots of hard rock music, kindled by the unpretentious Proto-punk era. Up tempo, savage in both sound and spirit, “MINDFUCKER” is the real deal! The album has the potential to surprise and to whip up the love for the genre, while still giving the sludgies and stoner freaks exactly what they wish for in a new MONSTER MAGNET album.

OtepGroundbreaking art-rock performer, author and spoken word artist OTEP is thrilled to divulge new, behind-the-scenes information about her upcoming, currently untitled, full-length album.
The album – her eighth overall and second with Napalm Records – is scheduled to hit stores later this year. OTEP and her band are currently recording at The Lair in Los Angeles, completely utilizing the same equipment used on their first album, Sevas Tra (down to her original vocal microphone, a SHURE Beta 58), in order to create a sound reminiscent of their roots. The Lair is also where OTEP recorded Smash The Control Machine, the band’s fourth release.

OTEP says this upcoming eighth album is undoubtedly the band’s most authentic and honest. “I’m co-producing this album with my guitarist Aristotle, which has allowed us to create without limitations. The musicality is stellar and has been elevated to a whole new stratosphere of sound. With Aristotle on guitar, Justin Kier on drums and Drew Barnes on bass, each musician has a powerful voice on this album.”

As for her lyrics, OTEP says, “No one is safe, no one escapes. It’s powerful, poetic, patriotic protest music. One could say it’s an activist album hoping to incite social change and support those who are at the barricades, who are marching in the streets for justice, who are demanding our government protect our great nation from enemies foreign and domestic – this includes the bloated colostomy bag disgracing the White House, Traitor Trump, and his loafer licking cronies… but I digress.”

This new album will follow OTEP’s previous full-length, Generation Doom, released via Napalm Recordsin 2016. The critically acclaimed album debuted at #10 on the Independent Chart, #7 on the Rock Chart, #4 on the Hard Rock Chart and #109 on the Top 200 Albums Chart, according to Nielsen SoundScan. OTEP expects this next album to transcend all previous achievements, and feels spiritually strong about the number eight.

“Writing our eighth album is not only a blessing for which we are forever grateful but the number itself is said to have magical properties,” says OTEP. “In Norse mythology, the horse of the god Odin has eight legs. The Pythagoreans considered the number eight the “little holy number”. The eighth day of the Chinese New Year is the annual gathering of all the gods in Heaven. In the Tarot, eight is the card for Justice which seems appropriate considering the current political climate we are suffering through. The mathematical symbol for infinity is an eight on its side. There are eight festivals observed in the Wicca Wheel of the Year. There were eight gates surrounding the ancient city of Babylon. The eighth gate was named the Gate of Ishtar. Ishtar is the goddess of love and war, the Queen of the Earth and Heaven. She is the morning and evening star. Qualities I certainly relate to. And finally, I’m a Scorpio and Scorpio is the eighth astrological sign in the Zodiac.

A 33rd Degree Freemason and Master Rosicrucian, Manly P. Hall once said, ‘The rites of the Scorpion are the Mysteries of the Apocalypse and the ceremonies of Dionysus.’ Expect the unexpected. Expect to have your brain pushed back.”

Ragga rock legends Skindred are proud to announce a first teaser for the track ‘Machine’ ahead of their forthcoming UK ‘Start the Machine Tour’. ‘Machine’ will be the first single from the band’s upcoming album titled ‘Big Tings’ due out on April 27th 2018 on Napalm Records.

The band’s first album appetizer ‘Machine’ has already been used as both the intro and outro theme to ACDCfrontman Brian Johnson’s TV show ‘Cars that Rock’ Worldwide and features Reef frontman Gary Stringer lining up alongside the band’s own Benji Webbe on co-vocals and if that is not enough the single also features Motorhead/Bastard Sons guitarist Phil Campbell taking the honours on the guitar solo too!

Meanwhile Skindred shot some exclusive behind the scenes Studio footage while recording their new album ‘Big Tings’ at Peter Gabriels Real World studio in the village of Box ,NR Bath.

View the band’s brand new album teaser

Skindred along with Producer James Loughrey and Engineer Lee Slater are currently putting the finishing touches to what will be the bands seventh studio album and could not be more excited about it.
Says Skindred Guitarist Mikey Demus: “The name hopefully says it all, you can expect some seriously Big Tings from Skindred on our next record. We’ve thrown away the rulebook and pushed ourselves harder than ever to create the biggest, baddest, and most banging songs we could muster. We can’t wait to start unleashing this new stuff on the world, so prepare yourselves for some Big Tings!”

Roaring and pounding, the follow-up to 2015`s Volume is a magnificent beast churning out heavy, distortion-laden riff punches melting into vocalist Benji Webbe`s frenzied rapping. Explosive metal and punk material rubs shoulders with smooth melodies – and of course Skindred wouldn`t leave us on the dancefloor without a hefty helping of their trademark Godzilla-esquely huge choruses. Big songs, big sound, big tings!

Coming April 27th on Napalm Records, ‘Big Tings’ is now available to pre-order at

It has been already successfully released in their home country Hungary, where the record became a Gold awarded #1 album. ‘Riot City Outlaws’ is be a bold step into a bright future boosted by the raw and powerful production by Grammy winner Cameron Webb (Motörhead, Megadeth, Social Distortion, Pennywise). This first one is about a pirate gang and it shows the life of on a pirateship. We tried to do it in a funny way. Do it like a burlesque.“
