A roundup of the latest news from Nuclear Blast including The Night Flight Orchestra announce new album, Ministry release new video and Fleshgod Apocalypse equipment stolen forcing tour cancellation.
After taking the world of rock music by storm with last year’s surprise hit »Amber Galactic«, which also got nominated for a Swedish Grammy in the process, and leaving people speechless after a breath-taking first European tour in November/December, Swedish classic/progressive rock supergroup THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA have completed the works on their impatiently awaited next album.
Today the band reveals details of their upcoming album, entitled »Sometimes The World Ain’t Enough«.
Just like 2017’s »Amber Galactic« the album will feature two different cover artworks (see above) for the regular and limited editions.
The album is set for release on June 29, 2018 via Nuclear Blast and will contain 12 brand new songs. The limited first edition digipack CD as well as the vinyl will also feature an exclusive bonus track. The Japanese version will also feature an additional bonus track.

Like a mid-20th century funhouse gone mad, MINISTRY‘s just-released video for the track ‘Victims of a Clown’ is a relentless hallucinogenic ride through images of creepy clowns roaming circuses where there are no exits, men parading in ghoulish gas masks, psychological messaging, physical reality bending, and nightmarish suburbia. And then there’s DJ Swamp‘s couture. You can check it all out here:
‘Victims of a Clown’ was produced and directed by Chris Roth and Steve Roth of The Other House Productions, the same team that created MINISTRY‘s surreal and provocative ‘Twilight Zone’ video as well as ‘I’m Invisible’ for Jourgensen‘s side project, SURGICAL METH MACHINE.
“For the ‘Victims of a Clown’ video, we strived for a drastic stylistic departure from ‘Twilight Zone,” said Chris Roth. “This video is a much more raw, down-and-dirty, crunchy graphic art film.”
Filmed in Los Angeles late last year, the entire video was shot exclusively with handheld cameras and the band was lit with extreme rapid flash lighting that limited the final palette of the video to only three colors – black, white, and red. “The end result,” Steve Roth added, “is very powerful. Loaded with raw energy and power.”

Italian symphonic death metal titans FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE recently made the following announcement via their Facebook page:
“Hello friends, we’re sorry to inform you that we’ll not be able to make it for the last four shows of this tour: Copenhagen, Hamburg, Brasov and Mannheim. Last night some miserable pieces of shit broke into our van and stole our full live rig, production tools and stage props, drums gear, our signature custom-made guitars and bass (by Rufini Guitars), merchandise and various spare parts. Please let us know if you spot one of those turds trying to resell our stuff online.”

“If you want to help, you can give us a hand by buying some merchandise from our store (shop.fleshgodapocalypse.com). This is a tough day for us, but we’re stubborn like a bull and we’ll keep working harder than before, which is the only way we know to overcome adversities.
Old-school we are, old-school we’ll die. Please spread the word and thanks so much for your support!”
