Hot on the heels of announcing their upcoming tour of Asia, South Australian metal band Shatter Brain have just released a video clip for the song ‘Discard’. This video documents the band’s tour of Australia and New Zealand, which they undertook between February and April of this year. The footage was compiled and edited by Ando Media Services and comprises bootleg live footage, as well as the bands own footage that documents some of the more fun, funny, and embarrassing moments of the tour.
Discard is the final track on the band’s four-song demo, aptly titled ‘The Shatter Brain Demo’, which was released in January 2018. The demo was recorded and mixed by guitarist Jack Hartley (Hartley Audio) and mastered by Joel Grind (Toxic Holocaust, Power Trip, Cavalera Conspiracy). It is available on physical, digital and streaming formats via BandCamp, iTunes and Spotify.
Shatter Brain embark on their ‘Rip the Stitch Asia Tour’ in June and July, including three shows in Taiwan, and performances in Thailand and Malaysia as main support to Brazillian crossover-thrash legends Ratos de Porão. Check out the tour dates below.
