Back on Australian soil after an extremely successful American Tour with American heavyweights POWERMAN 5000.
STONE EMPIRE delivered their hard hitting Australian brand of music playing live to thousands at Arizona and The Navajo Nations Grand Canyon along with sold out shows at Hollywoods world famous WHISKY A GO GO , known as the birth place to rock legends such as GUNS AND ROSES, THE DOORS , METALLICA, THE EAGLES and many many more.
STONE EMPIRE have returned to their Australian home land with the much anticipated release of their new 11 track Album titled ‘State of Control’ to kick 2018 off in a massive way. The new Album will be released on Australia Day ,January 26 2018.
The Australian trio say they’ve worked tirelessly over the past 12 months.. Writing, Rehearsing , and finalising production on the new Album they completed just weeks before flying out to conquer the USA.
STATE OF CONTROL has without a doubt delivered on every front. With song writing, arrangement and Production quality at such a high, world class standard leaving no argument that STONE EMPIRE are now a leading force within the music world and one band to take very seriously . They’ve gained a well deserved name in the USA that has resulted in an invite to return and again grace the American stage with major top level headliners in the very near future.
To add to the hard working ethic behind STONE EMPIRE all Album artwork is hand drawn and created by Lead Vocalist/Guitarist Justin Dorin and has a very edgy take no prisoners style that fits hand in hand with the music content contained on the new Album.
Showing also another side to the bands creative versatility are ballad tracks ‘Pictures on the wall’ (due as the first single release also on January 26th ) and ‘Somewhere Hiding’. The tracks really capture the warm gritty timber in Justin’s unique vocal accompanied by Jason Holt,s (Bass) and Brendan Aitken’s (drums) flawless backing Vocal Harmonies.
STATE OF CONTROL is a very real Album that comes from a very real place and simply put , you will not be disappointed. It’s an Album that has everything from huge Rock riffs through to beautiful delicate melodies and Acoustic warmth .
