Aeraco drop Queen cover featuring Diamond Head front man Rasmus Bom Andersen

Aeraco

Over recent months the Chicago based quartet Aeraco have been in the studio patiently wait to drop the newest addition to their catalogue of music in the form of a heavy riff driven cover of the iconic Queen hit We Will Rock You featuring Diamond Head‘s frontman Rasmus Bom Andersen. This cover is based on a not so well known version of the B side ‘Fast version’ that Queen also recorded.

Freddie Mercury was one of the greatest vocalists and frontmen of all time. His music resonates to this day with millions of listeners all over the world. We are all huge fans of Queen and when we decided to release a cover, this song seemed like the perfect way for us to not only pay a tribute to him in our own way but to fulfil a dream and be able to perform a Queen song ourselves. We mentioned the cover to our good friend Ras (Rasmus Bom Andersen – Diamond Head) and asked him to feature on the track. We were thrilled when he said yes and are very proud of what we have created. We took the lesser known version of the iconic track and infused it with our own style and we hope Freddie would approve!” – Ace, Aeraco

With so many great bands out there today, it has become increasingly challenging to stand out and leave a lasting impression in the hearts and minds of rock fans everywhere. Aeraco’s high energy shows, wild stage antics, comedic stage banter, guitar battles and constant barrage of powerful material quickly garnered them increasing attention all over the world.

Their debut All or Nothing helped garner the band the “Best Rock Entertainer” award from the Chicago Music Awards. Their sophomore release Baptized by Fire hit the charts coming in at #6 Most Added in the Nation, #27 on Top 30 Loud Rock and #27 on Top 50 Metal Contraband while also hitting the radio overseas. They continue to work with world renowned musicians, Grammy Award winning engineers and some of the most experienced people in the industry to bring listeners great music. After four years of releasing music, they’re just getting started with plenty more to come.
