Cursed Earth announce ‘Tyranny Across Australia’ headline tour

Cursed Earth

With their heavily-anticipated mixtape The Deathbed Sessions now out in full, Cursed Earth are appeasing the masses with the announcement that they’ll be taking it on the road. Gnashing their teeth to share the mixtape live, Cursed Earth will embark on six dates in July for their ‘Tyranny Across Australia‘ Tour. Spanning Newcastle, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne and wrapping up with belting hometown show in Perth, Cursed Earth will be joined by Daybreak, A Gloom In The Corner and Wreath as support.

Calling on eight of heavy music’s fiercest voices to lend guest vocals on the release, The Deathbed Sessions is something of a stroke of genius for a band that was on the brink of disbanding. As for who will lend vocals on the touring front, Cursed Earth guitarist and general mastermind Kieran Molloy explains that they’ve recruited a brutal guest.

We’re very happy to be bringing our friend Jack McDonald along on our Tyranny Across Australia tour,” Kieran explains. “You would know him from his band Cast Down and the song ‘Operation’ from our mixtape. We’ve been recording with Jack in Sydney over the last couple of months and we’re very confident now that he’s the best guy to carry our old songs as well as the new.”

Poised to bring a gut-wrenching performance to each leg of the tour, there’s even promise of more collaborations between McDonald and Cursed Earth in the near future. More details on the Tyranny Across Australia Tour below.
