Irish/Australian rockers, Jailbirds release their highly anticipated debt album, The Great Escape, today via Golden Robot Records. To celebrate the release, the band have made a rollicking, old school Western music video for the song, Thrill Of The Chase.
The bands four on the floor rock anthems pull out the best parts of Oz Rock legends, AC/DC, Rose Tattoo and Airbourne, throws in the groove of Thin Lizzy, the histrionics of Iron Maiden and the stadium sound of the Foo Fighters and delivers something sorely lacking in today’s overly PC music climate… Balls.
Jailbirds will be appearing at the UK’s Bloodstock Festival this August! Playing Sunday, August 11 on the Jagermeister Stage ahead of Scorpions, Queensryche, Dee Snider and Ross The Boss! Bloodstock Open Air (B-O-A) is the UK’s biggest independent metal festival which takes place in Derbyshire in August. It’s 4 days of unadulterated full-on Heavy Metal!!!
