Krunch Entertainment is back! Initially formed by the team at The Rockpit almost 10 years ago as a bookings and artist management business for local bands in Perth, Krunch Entertainment returns to put the focus back on developing artists and the local music scene as well as creating opportunities for niche artists overseas to tour Australia in the future.
After falling back into artist management through The Rockpit in the last few years and seeing the potential it was bringing for bands, the team at Krunch led by Mark Diggins and Andrew Massie decided to relaunch Krunch rather than continue on through The Rockpit in order to keep the focus on the media and promotion side of things for The Rockpit which is now celebrating 10 years in 2019.
“We are excited to bring back Krunch Entertainment after having already been involved in artist management the last few years“, says Mark. “I have some fond memories working with such great bands in the past like Ragdoll who continue to do well to this day so I look forward to seeing what we can do in this revamped business.”
“It’s great to finally have our artist management program have it’s own identity through Krunch Entertainment“, says Andrew. “The bookings side of things is also something we have touched on before and hope to expand on that as much as possible. Excited for the future!”
Krunch Entertainment will also be more involved in booking shows and helping to organise tours as part of the artist development program. Stay tuned for more news on that with further announcements to come!
As part of the new relaunch, Krunch Entertainment is excited to welcome Perth metal favorites All This Filth to the roster with a management deal that will oversee the release of their new album “Misery Season” due out March 29th through Rockpit Records. The band join fellow local metal act Bayview Suspect and Perth hard rock group Maverick to the roster with more artists to be announced shortly.
