The Damned Things

THE DAMNED THINGS release new lyric video for ‘Omen,  ELUVEITIE release lyric video for “Worship” featuring Randy Blythe, VADER release single & lyric video for “Grand Deceiver”, ENFORCER present ‘Regrets’ music video.

The heavy rock band THE DAMNED THINGS has released their long-awaited, highly- anticipated and critically celebrated  2nd album, High Crimes, that’s out NOW from Nuclear Blast Records. Today, the band has debuted a lyric video for the record’s latest single, “Omen,” that can be viewed HERE.

Commenting on the new single, vocalist Keith Buckley says, “some of us believe that we can stop making bad decisions if we just become more aware of the circumstances surrounding them, that we can read the signs- the omens- and say “I see what is coming, and I choose to avoid it.” But not all poor decisions are avoidable and an omen might just be the whistle of a train while you’re already tied to the rails. This song is about bracing for the impact of an unavoidable disaster.

Eluveitie

After triumphantly storming the worldwide charts with new album »Ategnatos«, the Swiss folk metal superstars ELUVEITIE are premiering an official lyric video for the track “Worship” today.

Watch the new lyric video here.

Chrigel Glanzmann comments:
“Here you go with our second lyric video for a song from our brand new album ATEGNATOS!
It’s the second part of the two-song cycle of THE SLUMBER and WORSHIP!
A radical song with drastic lyrics on a severe topic: The ancient Celtic Sesroneos myth, in which our modern societies can and probably should reflect themselves as much as the people in ancient times could!

We hope you enjoy it as much as we do and find some food for thought in it!
Special thanks to Randy Blythe of LAMB OF GOD for an excellent performance!”

Sharp as razor and brutal as Hell track is just an appetizer before the new Vader album to come .

Enforcer

It’s been more than 4 years, but today Swedish metallers ENFORCER finally unleash their fifth studio album »Zenith« via Nuclear Blast. To mark the occasion, the quartet has launched a music video for ‘Regrets’, an English adaption of TERMINAL‘s song ‘Zadnji Izlet’.

Check out the video, which was directed by Gustav Ohman Spjuth, who already worked on the ‘Die For The Devil’ music video, HERE.

Bass player Tobias Lindqvist comments, “‘Regrets’ was originally written for and performed by TERMINAL. It’s a melancholic ballad with a strong chorus and felt like an interesting challenge to record with ENFORCER.”

Vocalist/guitarist Olof Wikstrand adds, “‘Regrets’ is by far the darkest song we have ever done. A real challenge to make it fit and to make it ours but eventually I’m really happy with how it came out.”

»Zenith« can be ordered in various formats, here: http://nblast.de/EnforcerZenith
