A message from Rob: This has been such a crazy year…
SwedenRock Festival was amazing for UFO! Beautiful weather, great vibes. This festival is proof that Sweden lives and breathes rock and roll! Next was Rock The Coast Festival in Malaga, Spain. We loved it when the crowd sung along to “Doctor Doctor” and wove flags from their different countries!
UFO are five shows into our 2019 EU tour #2, with another tour coming in July. Rock The Coast may very well have been UFO’s last show in Spain. Very sad to think that. Spain and it’s people are so beautiful! However, I’ll be back in July with Sebastian Bach at Rock Fest Barcelona and hopefully with Spread Eagle in the near future. UFO miss our keyboardist Paul Raymond, who tragically passed away eight days after our last London UK show. However, the talented Neil Carter stepped in on rhythm gtr/keys and he’s doing really great.
Next up, I’m so excited for the new Spread Eagle album “Subway To The Stars” to be released on August 9 via Frontiers Music SRL. It’s such a strong album and we’re anxious to get back out there and kick some ass live. The response to our new music video “Sound Of Speed” has been nothing short of amazing.
