Metal United Down Under returned in 2020 with a bang and despite the pandemic postponing the event back in April and still hovering around by October, the annual event now in it’s 7th year showcased the talent across Australia.
Perth saw the biggest turnout in Australia thanks in part to much looser restrictions in WA which was held at The Civic Hotel, in the brand new room now called The Milk Bar. New renovations and upgrades made the show even more spectacular with the 8 bands taking full advantage of the quality production made available.
The lineup was diverse, the most unique lineup in MUDU yet with bands ranging from black metal, grunge, groove metal, hard rock and death metal and while there was always a risk crossing many styles, it also proved to be worth it with punters embracing all bands from start to finish.
