Melbourne hard rock band Head of Clay drop new single/video

Head Of Clay

Head of Clay play gritty hard edged rock; heavily laden with groove, powerful melodies and a message for social change. Established by long time friends with a passion for riff driven 90s inspired rock, Head of Clay rose to existence in a small studio in Melbourne’s North.

With decades of live and studio experience between them, this dynamic four piece have refined their talents to deliver a compelling and energetic live performance with meticulously crafted songs.

The band effortless draw on seminal influences, Soundgarden, Collective Soul, Deep Purple and The Tea Party; and weave with a modern edge to create their own distinctive sound. With roots in the working class and a desire to challenge political and social injustices, the lyrics explore the struggles of everyday people, inspiring positive change against oppressive forces prevalent in today’s climate.

Work on the debut EP is currently underway and will feature the Single “Where We Used To Be”. The EP is set for a mid 2020 release with Head of Clay coming soon to a venue near you.
