There is no rest for the wicked: After already releasing a set of fantastic singles once again proving the inexhaustible creativity of SABATON, the band releases a cover version of MANOWAR’s ‘Kingdom Come’ today – born as a tribute to the American metal heroes and a video game collaboration.

Pär Sundström, co-founder of SABATON and bass player, states: “Our fans have spoken. YOU requested the release of this song everywhere, so this is for all of you! This recording was meant to be a tribute to Manowar and a collaboration with a video game bearing the same name, when we recorded it a few years ago. We are happy to see that you appreciate the song so much, and we have paid attention to your wishes and requests. You asked for it, you got it!”

Clocking 150.000 attendees from more than 100 countries for their ground-breaking online concert “An Evening With Nightwish In A Virtual World”, the Finnish Symphonic Metal band NIGHTWISH broke records and, once again, re-wrote metal history during the most challenging time for music all over the world.

Sharing a testimonial from that memorable night, NIGHTWISH recorded their performance of “Nemo” and teamed up with Amazon to gift their fans an exclusive track as an Amazon Original.

“Nemo (Virtual World Version) (Amazon Original)” is available to stream exclusively on Amazon Music Prime, Amazon Music Unlimited, and Amazon Music HD here:

Tuomas Holopainen stated earlier about the livestream: “‘The Islander’s Arms were a figment of our imagination. That was the key thing that made us decide we wanted to do this – that we’re actually going to be able to play inside this fantastical tavern, and almost play to each other rather than to the cameras. That’s why we called it “An Evening With Nightwish In A Virtual World” – we invited people to come and watch us play, instead of us playing to the world.”

While the pandemic paralysed the entire world and prevented bands from touring, Latin America’s biggest metal export SEPULTURA refused to sit back and feel like animals trapped in a cage. Therefore, in early 2020, the legendary Brazilians from Belo Horizonte seized the moment to start their own weekly “SepulQuarta” video podcast, in which they invited other famous musicians from all over the world to not only discuss important topics, but also perform a track from SEPULTURA’s massive catalogue together with the band.

The resulting full-length compilation will now be released on August 13th, with the album containing 15 classics featuring internationally renowned guests and friends such as Devin Townsend, Matt Heafy, Danko Jones and many more.

Today, SEPULTURA unveils a new version of their 18-year-old sensational track ‘Apes Of God’ that they recorded together with Death Angel guitarist and Grammy nominee Rob Cavestany. Tired of sunshine, singing birds and all these smiling people around? Good. PARADISE LOST have just the right amount of misery and grimness at hand for you and are ready to release the testimony of last year’s intimate streaming event “At The Mill” today, to herald this year’s autumn.

Captured at The Mill Nightclub near the band’s hometown in Yorkshire, England, the recording of the BluRay was directed by Ash Pears, mixed by Les Smith and mastered by Jaime Gomez Arellano, and unites the band’s greatest songs of the past 30 years in one show.

Available as CD, Blu-Ray and several vinyl colours of which the limited editions are mostly sold out already, “At The Mill” can be ordered, downloaded or streamed via this link: https://bfan.link/paradiselost-atthemill.ema

As final appetizer from the show, PARADISE LOST unveil the live video of their legendary hit ‘As I Die’ and guitarist and songwriter Greg Mackintosh comments:
“This song is almost 30 years old and its popularity amongst our fans, old and new, still amazes us. It marked a turning point in our career and if you missed it, here it is played live at The Mill.”
