DEAR SEATTLE Announce 2024 Regional Tour

+ Sign To Select Music

Off the back of their instant modern-day grunge classic idc, Sydney indie mavericks Dear Seattle are set to embark on their most extensive Australian tour to date.

Appointing Select Music to put the run together as the agency’s newest signees, the 23 dates in 6 different states and territories will see the Sydney four piece smashing out their signature brand of heart-lashing, criminally catchy choruses that are primed for group singalongs.

Forever holding a strong focus on the Australian music community, Dear Seattle will be bringing exceptional young acts Deadshowws, Jet City Sports Club, LATE 90s, Spici Water and The Tullamarines in support, who are set to have the crowd heaving from the first note.

With a distinctive Aussie tinge to their emotive and propulsive wares, Dear Seattle first emerged onto the scene back in 2013, releasing their debut EP Words Are Often Useless that same year. Following a second EP release, 2017’s self-titled Dear Seattle, the Northern Beaches-hailing group solidified their presence with their first ever full-length album Don’t Let Go in 2019, also securing the group a #10 spot on the ARIA Australian Album Charts.

Whether charming Missy Higgins herself with their 2019 triple j Like A Version cover of The Special Two, launching their own beer, burning up the charts and airwaves, or penning melodic, heartfelt delights that’ll have you equally singing along and banging your head, Dear Seattle are a band who build unforgettable moments around authenticity and charming execution, and 2023 has vividly sown the seeds for the band’s exciting new chapter.

Dear Seattle recently hit the road joining Hockey Dad and Ruby Fields for the Hockey Fields Tour, and also completed their own headline run in August to celebrate the release of their previous 2023 single Nothing’s Stopping Me Now.

Central Coast punk rockers Deadshowss bring a mix of self-betterment and self-deprecation, channelling the likes of Violent Soho, Narrow Head and Pandamic into their main creative mission statement: to continue bringing their music to new audiences and having a positive effect on people’s lives.

Hailing from Sydney, Jet City Sports Club are a four-piece indie pop and rock outfit who have carved a sturdy name for themselves in their short musical existence. With previous support slots alongside The Vanns, The Grogans and Clews, Jet City Sports Club guarantee an uplifting and emphatic time.

Perth alt rockers LATE 90s have evolved into one of the most exciting acts out of Western Australia over the last three years via a series of fierce and emotive tracks. Inspired by the likes of Parkway Drive and Deftones, LATE 90s have seen national and international success, including airplay on BBC Radio 1.

Indie rockers Spici Water wield enough powerhouse vocals and sweet guitar riffs to rock your ugg boots off. Inspired by Australian artists including Skeggs, Hockey Dad and Spacey Jane, this Perth quartet cover the highs and lows of life and love as a young person in Australia – and how to venture through it.

Bringintg together four distinct voices in Adelaide, The Tullamarines tell their stories through a unique yet shared perspective. Turning heads in 2022 with their debut singles, the band have also toured alongside Alex Lahey, Teenage Joans, TOWNS and Sophisticated Dingo, armed with their cosy-pop sensibilities.
