JEN MIZE & THE ROUGH N’ TUMBLE Deliver New Single ‘Out The Back of the House’

Left to right behind Jen Mize: Tristan Rogers, Andy Schrav, Jeremy Edwards, Zac Watson, Matt Luff, Mitch Power and Steve Fearnley.

‘Out The Back of the House’  is the feel-good third single off Jen Mize & The Rough N’ Tumble’s keenly awaited debut LP – due out May 19.  Penned by Mize and her long-time bestie / partner in crime, the official RNT ‘Keeper of the Vibe” and guitarist Mitch Power, as well as songwriter Mark Sholtez, ‘Out the Back of the House’ is the party invitation everyone says yes to.

Heaving with vintage Southern Rock vibes, the 8-piece band get loose, delivering all the feels of an intimate, spur of the moment party.   “It’s a song about hanging out with the band, being a fly on the wall backstage at the music festival” says Mize, “It’s the greenroom vibe, the backyard BBQ, the beer run… when everyone gets real, let’s their hair down… it’s talking all shades of tall tales, of laughing, and of downing margaritas in the moonlight with your favourite people.”

‘Out The Back of the House’ follows on from 2nd single ‘All Riled Up’  which earned the band a finalist slot in this year’s QMA Blues Roots category.
