Melbourne rock trio Sisters Doll, are having the times of their lives right now! Their just released new single Change is their third #1 single on the Australian iTunes Rock Chart with the track AND the music video debuting in the Top Spots upon release today! Change follows on from Prisoner and Kiss Me.
At the tail end of 2022 they played five shows on the legendary Kiss Kruise in the US, shared the stage with Kiss icons Peter Criss, Ace Frehley and Bruce Kulick, opened for Stryper and signed to Aussie rock label XMusic!
2023 kicked off in style with the boys being an integral part of the recent Glam Fest across Australia which featured the likes of Wednesday 13, Faster Pussycat, Enuff Znuff and more! On Valentine’s Day they released Kiss Me and have now released the rock n roll tune of the year, Change.
With its driving bass, perfect tempo, soaring chorus and epic guitar solos, Change, is everything that you remember a classic hard rock song to be and it will have you singing along like you’ve known the words forever!
Frontman Brennan Mileto comments on the song; “I wrote this song in literally 1 hour on a little baby acoustic guitar whilst on holiday in Western Australia in 2021. I remember sitting on the couch with the tiny guitar and just playing around with chords not even thinking about writing a song, but I played the opening riff and bam I was instantly inspired. This then led to me running to the spare room to put something down in my voice memos on my phone and the song practically wrote itself.”
He continues, “The song dives deep into the mental strain of life and fighting through your pain and demons to make a change. As people we all go through hard times and it’s up to us to make a change in life when life isn’t always turning your way. This song is about fighting through your past and making a change for the better to go out and get the life you deserve. I hope people can relate to this song because I dove deep for this one.”
