It Begins Here…
Armed with their debut self-titled EP back in 2001, The Butterfly Effect swiftly hit the road and found themselves named as Triple M’s Unsigned Find of 2002. The following year, Begins Here launched a fan and industry frenzy and led to their first European tour. Fast forward to 2006 and their second album Imago debuts at number 2 on the ARIA Albums charts and goes gold in just 8 weeks! 2008’s Final Conversation of Kings, would continue the band’s certified gold streak, debuting at number 3 and revealing a more progressive sonic tinge compared to the band’s heavier beginnings.
In 2012 the band’s story detoured with frontman Clint Boge’s departure and well documented ‘Farewell Tour’. After reconnecting in 2017, a reunion tour in March of 2018 would go on to completely sell out in record time, showing that fans would not let this iconic act go that easily. The tour paved the way for album number four, aptly titled IV, being released in 2022 and debuting at #5 on the ARIA Album charts, to the celebration of fans everywhere.
The opportunity of seeing one of the finest debut albums in Aussie heavy rock played in full, coupled with the bands established history for swiftly selling out their tours means that tickets are going be a hot item.
