One of Australia’s finest rock and roll acts, Dellacoma have joined the ever growing list of killer Aussie rock acts on XMusic. Today they release their latest track, More Than Survival.
With it’s huge vocal harmonies, driving riffs and emotive guitar fills, More Than Survival harks back to a time when songs like this were all over the radio.
The band comment: “More Than Survival” is a song about recognising that you’ve spent a long time in survival mode and are wanting more than that. Wanting to actually thrive. Sometimes life can get hard but we’re resilient as humans and if you hang in long enough the sun starts to shine again. This song is about deciding that you want more from life than just ‘getting by.”

Featuring passionate and energetic frontman Dellacoma Rio, Dellacoma are raw, explosive and potent. After almost 4 years of exhaustive touring across Australia, USA, UK and Europe in support of their debut album, ‘South of Everything’, 2019 saw the band take a touring break while Rio began work on the second album “Blood” which was released in 2021. 2023 saw the arrival of Rob Moody (guitar) and John Justus (guitar/piano) as well as the return to international touring with the band hitting the US for the first time since 2018.
“XMusic welcomes Dellacoma to our musical family and what a way to enter with a great song like More Than Survival. Enjoy the music and the Dellacoma ride “ XMusic CEO, Tim McLean-Smith
“More Than Survival” is Dellacoma’s first single from their highly anticipated third studio album, scheduled to drop in 2025 with further US and European tours to follow.
