Produced by Hazard/Wood and mixed by Tim Neuhaus, the album promises to showcase the band’s evolution and musical prowess. What you’ll get is a non-stop barrage of hard rockin’ earworms.
Recorded over the course of three years, “Bad Decisions” features 11 tracks that highlight Dirtbag Republic’s growth as songwriters. The album’s diversity is underscored by collaborations such as the late addition “Cocaine Heart,” co-written by Hazard and guitarist Mike Federici, adding a new dimension to their sound.
Mastered by Justin Perkins at Mystery Room Mastering in Wisconsin, known for his work with bands like Replacements and Jellyfish, “Bad Decisions” is set to captivate listeners with its rich textures and powerful melodies and signature hard rock sound.
Partnering with Sioux Records for the LP release and self-releasing the CD via Dirtbag Records, Dirtbag Republic ensures that fans can experience their latest work across multiple formats.
In anticipation of the album launch, the band has already released music videos for “I Don’t Care” and the title track “Bad Decisions,” accumulating over 80K views. The third video for “Bipolar Rollercoaster” is scheduled for release on July 12th, 2024, further building excitement among their dedicated fanbase.
