Nostalgic emo/pop punk band Ellen May from Perth, Western Australia are set to release their newest single ‘Bombs Away ‘, which is dropping on November 7.
‘Bombs Away’ is themed around the story of perseverance and navigating obstacles that try to bring you down as you get older. It features catchy hooks, soaring melodies and roaring riffs.
Often compared to The Wonder Years, Bayside and The Ataris, their music gives you the nostalgic feel of the early 00s and ‘Bombs Away’ is no exception. This self-produced single, which was mastered by Kyle Marchant (Bearings, Nothing Nowhere) follows up from their debut EP, ‘A Lonely Way To Go’. Released on March 1, tracks from the EP gained traction worldwide with radio plays, Spotify playlist adds and thousands of plays across streaming platforms.
