Perth Blues-Rock trio Art of Dysfunction have today released a brand new single. ‘Trouble’ is written from the perspective of addiction and having that devil on your shoulder always trying to seduce you into those less than good things, especially when your struggling mentally.
The track is soaked in classic rock n blues tones, AC/DC style riffs but also pulling in a deep funky groove, that drives the song throughout. ‘Trouble’ is the second single dropped by Art of Dysfunction in 2025, following January’s ‘Keep On Rolling’.
Trouble
That’s my name,
You can find me at the bottom of a bottle
Of whiskey or wine
Trouble
I get around
When the chips are down
I’ll come gunnin for you
Slap you on the back
It’s good to see you again!
‘Trouble’ was recorded at Avalon Studios, and mixed and mastered by Forrester Savell.
Art of Dysfunction celebrate the release of ‘Trouble’ with a launch night at Lynott’s Lounge on Friday 25th April featuring support from Klaxon Himn and Codavision. Tickets available HERE.
