Australian 70’s-Infused Rock ‘n’ Rollers THE SATISFACTION Release New Single ‘Bleed’

The Satisfaction head to Victoria for three shows this week

Perth-based 70’s infused rock ‘n’ rollers The Satisfaction have been making some serious noise in the last 18 months. They are a band on the up and at an alarming, with a live show to match any, leaving you breathless just by being in the same room as this energetic four piece.. They have now released their latest single and video for ‘Bleed’, a slow driving powerful track which encapsulates all The Satisfaction are about with Bonham-esque drum fills, and vibes from heavy hitters such as the Black Crowes & Dirty Honey.

“Written by Ethan Robinson (Guitar) and Johnny Rogers (Vocals). ‘Bleed’ showcases further evolution in our song-writing, with the main unspoken aim being to expand our sound and free us of any metaphorical chains. Which we believe it did. Tracked at Foxhole Studios by Jon Stockman (Karnivool) and mixed by Chad Blondel somewhere in France, the process for ‘Bleed’ was a long but rewarding one.

Recorded over the course of 6, 10 hour days, the least time we spent tracking was when Ama Quinsee (Legs Electric) arrived and smashed out her BV’s for the entire song within 45 mins. When complete, we got in contact with Tay Kaka about shooting a video and did so at Fridays Studios.”

The Satisfaction take themselves east this week, where they play three shows in Victoria, and here at The Rockpit we implore music fans to get out to see these guys if you can! Dates & details can be found below.
