Introducing: Kurt Deimer! The rock musician, actor, and songwriter has released the official music video for his new single “Live Or Die” as he prepares to hit the road supporting TESLA and Steel Panther & Buckcherry this spring. “Live Or Die,” co-written by Bon Jovi guitarist Phil X and produced by five-time GRAMMY-winning producer Chris Lord-Alge (Green Day, Breaking Benjamin), is a powerful statement on living one’s truest life by taking the chances that matter most, which has already received support from Apple Music’s “New In Rock” playlist. “I wrote ‘Live Or Die’ to inspire people to wake up every day and choose to live without fear,” shares Deimer. “Embrace the one life you have and enjoy it to the fullest. Let go of fear, manage anxiety, and make every moment count. Whether you dream of climbing a mountain or parachuting out of a plane, don’t let fear hold you back. What’s the worst that can happen? You’re out there truly living—taking risks, pushing boundaries, and making the most of every second. Life is about facing it head-on: you either live or die, so make it count.”

Deimer will support classic rockers TESLA on select dates this year, starting next Tuesday, March 4th in Atlanta. Then, he will open for Steel Panther and Buckcherry on their extensive co-headlining trek, The Northern Exposure Tour, which kicks off in the Pacific Northwest on April 11th and travels all across Canada for 5 weeks before wrapping back in the U.S. in May. See below for all upcoming tour dates and visit www.kurtdeimer.com for ticketing details.

In a few short years, Kurt Deimer has made a name for himself in the hard rock scene with his headbanging guitar riffs and socially conscious, anthemic lyrics. His rise in the music industry began when Brian Wheat of TESLA was so impressed by Deimer’s live performance and music while watching him open for the iconic band that Wheat invited Deimer to join TESLA on the road. This opportunity fueled Deimer’s passion to push his music career further, leading to the release of his debut EP, Work Hard, Rock Hard, in late 2021. The acclaimed collection – hailed by Metal-Rules as “a fierce and diverse EP with no filler songs or shortage of big riffs, blues bravado vocals, and brilliant guitar playing” and by Sonic Perspectives as “a colossal display of raw intensity” – launched the powerful musical partnership of Deimer and Phil X, combining Deimer’s anthemic vocals with Phil X’s thunderous riffs.

The EP also featured legendary Queensrÿche vocalist Geoff Tate, who lent his voice to “Burn Together” and appears in the track’s visually striking music video. Deimer then embarked on a nationwide tour supporting Tate and has since spent years relentlessly touring, sharing the stage with other major acts including Drowning Pool, Skid Row, Buckcherry, and Sebastian Bach. In addition to his growing music career, the Cincinnati, OH-based multi-talent and successful businessman is a flourishing actor, spearheading his own horror movie franchise “Hellbilly Hollow” as both star and producer. Deimer’s acting career took off when he appeared in John Carpenter’s 2018 “Halloween,” where he portrayed a pivotal role alongside Jamie Lee Curtis, facing off against the infamous Michael Myers as the teller. His latest feature film is “Scared To Death” (2024), written and directed by music video veteran Paul Boyd. At an age when most people start thinking about slowing down, Kurt Deimer sped it up. His relentless positivity and unwavering perseverance have propelled Deimer to multifaceted success across the entertainment industry, with much more on the horizon.

New music from Kurt Deimer, including his highly anticipated debut album, coming soon!
