INTERVIEW: Babylon A.D. – Jamey Pacheco

Babylon A.D. has a new live record out ‘Live Lightning’ on Perris Records and plans for a new studio record, but it seems founder member Jamey Pacheco may not be there for the latter. Over the years I’ve caught up with all the members of Babylon A.D. and of course catch up with Derek regularly so it was cool that Jamey got in touch to talk about his time in the band and also let us know about his exciting new project ‘Duran Duran Duran’

Influenced by iconic drummers such as John Bonham, Tommy Aldridge, Terry Bozzio, Tony Brock, Phill Rudd, and Bay Area’s brothers Leonard Haze, Troy Lucketta, Jimmy DeGrasso, Rich Carlson and Larry Carter. An eclectic rock recording artist, Jamey Pacheco has succeeded in the music business for over 40 years. Showcasing his range of talents, the dynamic drummer, touring musician, recording artist, and visual designer forged a seasoned career, expressing his creative capability as one of the founding faces of the band, Babylon A.D. His extensive experience in the band’s music releases and live performances drives the artist to enthrall him with uniquely powerful energy, soul, and originality.
