ST. SINNER are the newest export in Australian Alt-Rock. Hailing from the nation’s Capital, the three-piece rage across the stage with a cocktail of punk, metal hard rock and dark pop influences.
The name “St. Sinner” is the moniker of lead singer Rory Maclean as much as it is the title for the band, including drummer: Caleb Jonas and guitarist: Sam Thornhill.
Alone Together represents the final release of an era that the band is incredibly proud of. The track was written during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and is a reminder that solitude and isolation don’t necessarily have to be as overwhelming as they seem. It states that even if you feel alone and isolated, there are countless others out there who feel the same – who can relate. It’s a reminder that we all feel alone together.
The band kicked off with three well received singles “Mr Prime Minister”, “DEAD FOR THE WEKEND” and “We’re All Going To Hell”. Following this was a Debut EP, released late in October 2021, ‘Politics and Other Drugs’ earning the band over 100,000 streams on Spotify and a solid monthly listener base.
