RIFF RAIDERS rock ‘n’ roll re-entry with new single NOTHING TO LOSE

Melbourne’s Riff Raiders are back with two and a half minutes of energetic fist-pumping rock’n’roll, an exciting taste of the upcoming album ‘Welcome To Mars’, due mid year.

NOTHING TO LOSE is one of those songs that bursts out of the blocks, a track you play loud when you’re getting ready to go out. Fans and new discoverers alike will not be disappointed with the next instalment of Marty Powell’s riff-crafting and guitar tones.
The epic video for this track was shot at ABC Studios in Melbourne, inspired by late-70’s ‘Countdown’ (ABC TV). The band went deep into the ABC vaults to dust off some of the original lights used on those iconic sets.

Singer Jenni Powell says, “This song was one of the more recently written tracks from our new album, ‘Welcome To Mars’ and was almost the fourth part to another song. We felt the high-energy banging nature of the track deserved to stand in it’s own right and needed a video clip to match, so we were stoked to be able to use some of the amazing vintage gear to recreate a late 70s-style set”.

The 11- track album Welcome To Mars is due mid-year, with tour announcements soon!
