SNAKE BITE WHISKY Unleash Brand New Single ‘Tombstone Blues’

Australian heavy rock band Snake Bite Whisky release their first new track since 2021’s ‘Black Candy’ album and the first with new members DC Steffe (lead guitar), Scuba Steve (rhythm guitar) and Karl Redmann (drums). Alongside original members Jay R (vocals) and Stacii Blake (bass) the band continue their trademark uncompromising blend of heavy metal, punk and sleaze rock with the driving, attitude dripping single, ‘Tombstone Blues’.

Recorded by Todd Walter at 777 studios in Logan, Australia. The single has been mixed and mastered in the United States by Anthony Focx of Beautiful Creatures fame who has worked with Steven Tyler, Aerosmith, Buckcherry and Metallica’s Jason Newsted to name a few.

‘Tombstone Blues’ is a pulsating rock anthem. A lyrical mirror to the life experiences of the band and a middle finger to conformity.

‘Tombstone Blues’ is a stand alone single and will not feature on the upcoming third album to be released in 2025. It is available on all digital platforms for download or streaming. The band have also released a new full production video for the single. Filmed on location in Queensland, Australia by Kyel Golly of the No.One Network who has shot the band’s previous four full production video’s.

The band will also be undertaking their first tour of Japan in November on the following dates:
Friday 22nd November – Nob, Shibuya
Monday 25th November – Gattaca, Kyoto
Tuesday 26th November – Padoma, Kobe
Wednesday 27th November – Music Farm, Nagoya
Thursday 28th November – Babel, Tachikawa

Snake Bite Whisky is one of Australia’s hardest hitting rock bands; determined to bring the style and attitude of the eighties Sunset Strip kicking and screaming into the present. Since forming in 2014, the Snakes have released two full-length albums, ‘This Side Of Hell’ and ‘Black Candy’, and are currently working on their third. They have also toured extensively around the world, playing at festivals such as Hard Rock Hell, Crüe Fest and Rocklahoma. Their music is a sonic sledgehammer, spitting fire and fury, a Molotov cocktail of punk and metal ready to explode on your eardrums and their live shows are legendary. If you’re looking for a band that will blow your mind, Snake Bite Whisky are for you.
