Atomic Annie puts on masks for their debut single ‘The New King Of Fools’.

Turku, Finland based rock band Atomic Annie releases debut single & music video called ”The New King of Fools” on September 22nd, 2017.

The debut video tells a story about the common phenomenon of our time: a man stuck in a vicious cycle of Internet rage. It’s easy to shout out intolerant and ignorant thoughts under the cover of anonymity. Also, the cover of anonymity can create an illusion of power and control – ”Mouse and keyboard are my tools, I’m The New King of Fools!”

Atomic Annie was founded in Turku, Finland in the beginning of 2017. The bands sound consists of fuzzy tones and bluesy moods and a bit of pop-style vocal melodies. The lyrics often describe the not-so-nice sides of life and how sometimes life can really piss you off.

Despite of being a relatively new band, Atomic Annie has played gigs all the way from Baltic Jazz summer festival to local venues. The setlist contains mostly own material with a few covers thrown in the mix, one being Annie’s own arrangement to Jefferson Airplane’s Somebody to Love. All the members are about 25 years old.
