US post-hardcore quintet LIMBS have announced their debut full-length album Father’s Son, set for release on April 27 via UNFD, and features lead single “Tangled Hands”. Father’s Son gives listeners a dark and brooding look at a young man’s journey out of an indoctrinated upbringing as he comes to terms with both his how he was raised and his own actions.

LIMBS honed their sound on Father’s Son in pre-production with Tim McTague (Underoath), before recording with Beau Burchell (Saosin). On the new album, the band shares: “This is the most time we’ve spent writing an album. It’s been great getting to vary our sound and take influence from the music we’re consuming in the present.

LIMBS will be touring this spring with Underoath and Veil of Maya, as well as performing at the final three dates of the 2018 Vans Warped Tour. For a full list of upcoming dates, please see below or visit: www.whoislimbs.com.

LIMBS debuted with their EP, Admission, in late 2014, to copious amounts of positive feedback.

In 2015, LIMBS toured the DIY circuits relentlessly, and released two independent singles. The following year, they ventured out on an east coast tour with Saosin, as well as performed at the South By So What?! Music Festival in Dallas, Texas. That year they also recorded 3 songs (now re-recorded on their latest EP, SLEEP), which were mixed by Beau Burchell and mastered by Mike Kalajian.

In 2017 the band set out to support Envy on the Coast on select dates in the southeast, before trekking across the country supporting Hail The Sun on their nationwide headliner.

Late last year, LIMBS released their EP SLEEP. SLEEP was produced by Tim McTague and has been heralded online and in print by Outburn Magazine, Rock Sound, Revolver, Alternative Press, Metal Injection, New Noise Magazine, and more.
