Perth melodic hardcore Vacant Home debut “Knife’s Edge” video

Perth, Australia 5-piece Vacant Home are debuting a new single/video titled “Knife’s Edge” on the Dreambound Youtube channel.

Knife’s Edge delves into the struggle of seeing someone you love in pain and the pressure that comes with making sure that they’re safe,” says frontman Callum Mcgivern.

The band will play a release show around the new single at Amplifier Bar in Perth on April 14 (with Idle Eyes, Homestate and Among Them).

Emerging from Australia’s most isolated Capitol City in late 2016, Vacant Home have established themselves as one of Australia’s best up and coming acts. The bands DIY ethic and humble attitude from their beginnings playing house shows in their hometown has seen them supporting the likes of Stick To Your Guns, Polaris, Deez Nuts, House Vs Hurricane, Being as an Ocean, Knocked Loose & Saviour in their city’s best venues.

Their brand of west coast melodic hardcore attracted a worldwide audience with the emotional and heartfelt debut EP ‘Reflect, Respond’. Released via Mutant League Records in 2017, The lead single ‘Shiver’ skyrocketed to the top 5 most viewed videos on the Dreambound Youtube channel, Currently sitting at over half a million views and rising.

The beginning of 2018 has seen the band spend time on writing new material, Working with producer Cody Brooks to create their latest single “Knife’s Edge”, set for release on April 13th 2018.
