Black Stone from the Sun drop new single ‘Pseudocide’ & announce tour dates

Black Stone From The Sun

2018 was pretty bloody good to Perth’s Black Stone from the Sun; the release of their debut album Dreamalysis, national touring, festival slots, airplay far and wide…the grunge-punk duo made up of Sean Mackay (Vox, guitar) and Jack Nelson (drums, vox) have a lot to be thankful for, but it’s their ethos of hard work and love of life on the road that’ll see their trajectory continue through 2019.

Following on from the bone-shattering Smile In A Daze, BSFTS have just dropped their chaotic new single Pseudocide. Sean elaborates, “Pseudocide came about from tales of people faking their deaths and moving to a place of paradise. While writing the lyrics I thought about the mysticism surrounding celebrities faking their deaths and the myths they create. Fans of these celebrities like to make up stories about how their favourite musician or artist survived their illness or accident, when in reality they’re either creating a scapegoat to avoid sadness or tailoring a story that will give the world some hope of a Second Coming of these legends.”

In support of Pseudocide, Black Stone from the Sun will be touring through March hitting Wollongong, Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Gold Coast, along with a huge hometown headliner in Perth.
