Angra releases live video and promotes “Rebirth” anniversary tour

One of the most successful national bands abroad, Angra, released last Saturday (28) the live video clip of the track “Black Widow´s Web“, where Sandy shows once again his metal version by joining the group. The live video that shows scenes from the filming of the tour of the last album, ‘Ømni‘, held in July 2018, is already a success and has over 90 thousand views, in which it is possible to notice that the audience present cheered the singer, showing how she was very well received by the fans, surprisingly and proving that Angra made the right choice when choosing her for the partnership.

Black Widow’s Web “is part of Angra’s‘ Ømni ’album, and also features Alissa White-Gluz, lead singer of Arch Enemy.

Currently formed by Fabio Lione (vocals), Rafael Bittencourt (guitar), Marcelo Barbosa (guitar), Felipe Andreoli (bass) and Bruno Valverde (drums), the band held a live, also on Saturday (28), to announce the plans for 2021.

The first novelty is that, starting on December 12th, the band will release one song a week using the footage from the “ØMNI” tour, held in São Paulo, on Tom Brasil, for what would be the new DVD of quintet, but which unfortunately could not be launched due to technical problems in capturing the material. Along with the videos, the song will also be released on streaming platforms and possibly also on physical media.

Founder and guitarist Rafael Bittencourt also announced that Angra will relaunch the albums of the entire discography, creating special edition boxing. And to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the acclaimed album “Rebirth”, the band will hold a special tour, with guests to be announced soon. There will be 14 shows, for now, only in Brazil.
