The 8th installment of Metal United Down Under returned to Perth in 2021 after a successful event the previous year despite covid rearing it’s ugly head across the country. Since Perth has enjoyed a relatively unscathed music scene this past year, it made sense that the West Australian leg would be one of the stronger events again, with metal fans showing up in full force and showcasing why the scene is as healthy as it has been for many years.
Captured in our photo gallery series by Molotov Photography, the event held at Badlands Bar featured 7 acts across a wide range of heavy rock and metal styles including Death Metal titans DEPRAVITY, Heavy Metal veterans VANADIUM B.C., Industrial Groove Core band ALL THIS FILTH, one man band terror machine THE FUROR, Modern Groove metallers INFINITE EXILE, Progressive metal act JAMART and Heavy Rockers THUNDERBLOOD.
