All terms & conditions regarding purchases through The Rockpit store abide by The Western Australia consumer law.
SHIPPING
The Rockpit uses Australia Post services within Australia and uses shipping prices set by Australia Post to deliver worldwide. Other postal services may be used when delivering outside of Australia but final prices are generally set when making purchase beforehand.

Delivery times vary from country to country. Within Australia delivery can be 4 to 7 days with express post within 2 days. International deliveries outside of Australia can typically take between 2 to 4 weeks. Feel free to contact us or your local postal service to enquire about delivery times and updates.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via Paypal or through your credit card (VIsa or Mastercard only). Credit card option is made through the paypal service for security purposes. A Paypal account is not required for credit card purchases however we do recommend it for additional security. All transactions are fully secure using ECWID store encyrption code and the Paypal online transaction service. The Rockpit website and online store is registered with an official SSL Certificate.
RETURN POLICY
The Rockpit delivers quality on all aspects of the business and that includes our product line. If you feel that the product you received from us is not as expected or matches the description provided and/or is faulty or damaged in any way, we are happy to either refund your money back or replace the item.
We cannot however refund or replace your item if you decide to change your mind or if the timeframe from purchase has been more than 60 days. All sales are final from point of purchase.
All refunds and replacements require the return of the original item including all original items and packaging that was sent to you. Once item has been received by us, then the appropriate action of either a refund or replacement (free of charge) will be made. Please send all items to:
